| Taking a look at the "Pudding" in the bottom of the net. Okarito River, Westland. In the shops whitebait costs something in the region of $NZ100 per kilogram. That is about $NZ10 for a cup full. It is a New Zealand delicacy. I am sure it tastes even better if you catch it yourself. |
