Waimakariri River Salmon I have seen some good size salmon around this month.. And I had my first salmon of this season. I was using 6 lbs line with light gear. It took me around 15 -20 mins to land this fish. Just want to share my great experience with you all. It weighed around 16-17 lbs. Congratulations Oliver it is a very good looking fish!
