The 2nd ITM Kahawai World Cup – Surfcasting Competition is back and is to be held in March 2012 on Papamoa Beach . The competition run by the Rotary Club of Papamoa in association with the Western Bay Surfcasting Club will be held on the 16 th , 17th and 18 th March. .
